Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders for bespoke or engraved items cannot be cancelled or amended. Orders for standard stock may be amended or cancelled but it would depend how far down the line they are. Orders are being processed and ready to be despatched in quickly, in some instances your order could reach you in three days. Customers need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 01229 869019 to discuss.
Do you include VAT in your price?
Yes, Marbletree is registered, VAT is included on all stated prices.
How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery charges are £4.95 or FREE to mainland UK for order over £50. Free delivery does not include special or express service. If you wish for your items to be sent on an express service please speak to us – there will be an additional charge for this service.
Can I have a delivery outside of mainland UK?
Yes. There will be an additional charge. Please contact us for details.
How do I track my order?
Most orders are delivered by courier. If you would like to know how your order is progressing call us and we can track your order’s progress for you.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our delivery time for standard stock is currently 3 to 5 working days. For engraved stock our delivery time is currently 7 to 10 days. If you require your product quicker than this then please let us know. If you have ordered a bespoke item then we will discuss delivery dates with you.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or items are missing?
Contact the Marbletree team at email@example.com The team require a photo of damaged pieces to assess how improvements in the service we provide to you can be made. You can submit a photo by email. Please let us know within 3 working days of receiving your order.
What do I do if I'm unhappy with my order?
Contact the team by email or speak with us to discuss your reasons and options.
Can I make a cheque payment?
Yes. Please contact us to let us know that you would like to pay by cheque. Your order will be despatched once the cheque has cleared. Cheques should be made payable to Marbletree.
How will my order be packaged?
Orders are packed in paper, bubble wrap and packed into an outer box. We have worked alongside our courier to make sure that our products are packed so that they do not break.
