Don't have a summer meltdown

Place the bowls in the freezer before you have your main course and  as marble has the ability to retain its temperature for extended periods of time, once the bowls are chilled your ice cream will not quickly melt away.

So no more screaming at your ice cream because it’s melted away before you have had time to savour it.

Our team , we have discovered have a wide variety of favourite ice cream flavours:

Heidi - Brown Bread 

Jayne - Rhubarb and Ginger

Al - Damson (as seen in our picture)

Chris - Toffee Crunch

Mark  - Phish Food

but Jane's current favourite is the one we want to share with you as it is the healthy,  easy option - Banana and Cinnamon.


4 ripe bananas (unpeeled)

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon


Freeze the bananas in their skins overnight, take them out of the freezer and leave them to stand for 10 minutes.  The skin will now easily slice off with a sharp knife, chop the flesh into chunky slices.  Pop into food processor and pulse a few times until a smooth 'ice cream' forms.  Stir in the cinnamon and then scoop into 4 marble bowls and refreeze until ready to serve.
